How Much Does Review Management Software Cost?
Updated on 29 August 2026
Between €39 and €599 a month, depending on the level of support. Self-service tools for a single independent location start at €39-49/month. Full suites for one location start around €169/month. Fully managed support ("we handle it all for you") starts at €549/month. Breakdown by tier below.
The three price tiers
| Tier | Range | What it includes | What it doesn't include |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic self-service | €39-49/mo | Automated review responses, rating tracking | Social media, advanced local SEO, multi-platform presence management |
| Full suite | €99-169/mo | Everything above + local SEO, social media, presence management across 50+ platforms | A human running the account for you |
| Managed support | €549-599/mo | Everything above + a dedicated team executing on your behalf | — |
Each tier reflects a different decision, not just a feature level: self-service means you drive the tool, managed support means you delegate the driving.
What actually moves the price, beyond the sticker
Number of locations. Most tools apply per-location discounts past a certain threshold — Malou, for example, drops from €169 for a single independent to as low as €99 per location on multi-site plans.
Commitment. A no-commitment, month-to-month rate typically costs more per unit than an annual plan. Dokaa, for instance, offers two free months on annual billing.
Access channel. Tools with a public price and self-service sign-up (Dokaa, SEOresto) are structurally cheaper than those routed through a sales demo (Malou, Up Review, PopScore, Le Commis, BonjourAvis.ai) — the cost of a sales team ends up baked into the final price.
Why some tools don't publish a price at all
Four tools on the market — Up Review, PopScore, Le Commis, BonjourAvis.ai — publish no pricing and consistently route toward a demo. That's not accidental: withholding a public price allows adjusting the rate based on customer size, ability to pay, or whatever competitor comes up during the sales conversation.
For an independent restaurant comparing options, this opacity has a direct cost: the time spent in sales meetings before getting a comparable figure.
What it actually costs over a year
| Tool | Monthly price | Annual cost |
|---|---|---|
| Dokaa | €39/mo | ~€390/yr with the 2 free months |
| SEOresto | €39/mo | €468/yr |
| Malou MalouApp (independent) | €169/mo | €2,028/yr |
| Malou Copilot | €549-599/mo | €6,588-7,188/yr |
The gap between the cheapest option and fully managed support exceeds €6,500 a year — a difference that only makes sense if the time saved or the result achieved covers it.
Is it worth paying more for better results?
Not necessarily, and it depends entirely on your situation:
- Single location, under 30 reviews/month: a self-service tool at €39-49 covers the core need. Paying €169 for social media or multi-platform features you'll never touch is a waste.
- Multiple locations, need consistency across them: the full suite pays for itself as soon as it avoids duplicated effort across listings.
- Zero internal time available: managed support makes sense if the hourly cost of your time (or an employee's) far exceeds the price gap.
What to check before paying
Beyond the listed price, three questions worth asking every time:
- Is the price excl. or incl. tax? Nearly all published B2B rates are shown before tax.
- Is there a setup fee? Rare in self-service, more common with managed support.
- What happens if you cancel? A "no commitment" rate should let you stop anytime, without an excessive notice period.

SEOresto: €39/month, no commitment, no demo required. See pricing.
