Files and images are stored on our own servers hosted by HOSTKEY. Transactional e-mails are delivered by Resend. See the Privacy policy for the list of sub-processors.

4. Intellectual property

All elements making up the Service — the "SEOrestoApp" trademark, logo, visual identity, interface, texts, source code, database, structure and features — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher or its partners, unless stated otherwise.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, extraction or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any means, without the prior written authorization of the publisher, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under the Intellectual Property Code.

Third-party trademarks, logos and content (notably Google, Google Business Profile) remain the property of their respective owners. SEOrestoApp is neither affiliated with, nor approved or sponsored by Google.

5. Personal data

The processing of personal data within the Service is described in the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

6. Liability

The publisher strives to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information published on the Service but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or omissions. Use of the Service is the sole responsibility of the user. The publisher cannot be held liable for damage resulting from use of the Service, within the limits set out in the Terms & Conditions.

The Service relies in part on third-party services (notably the Google Business Profile API and Anthropic's AI API). The publisher cannot be held liable for interruptions, modifications or discontinuations of these third-party services beyond its control.

7. Hyperlinks

The Service may contain links to third-party sites. The publisher has no control over these sites and disclaims all liability for their content.

8. Governing law

These legal notices are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to the provisions of the Terms & Conditions.
